Course Credential Overview
The International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists is a worldwide hypnosis association organization that provides education to the public and professionals via live training classes and home study courses about the benefits of clinical hypnosis, and recognizes hypnosis certification programs and hypnotherapy certification courses.
After completing our foundation level module 1 to module 4, you will fulfill the training contact hours and eligible to register as the ICBCH certified professional hypnotist by attending class which offered by Dr Hiro Koo, who is the ICBCH certified instructor.

New Mind Academy (New Mind Sdn. Bhd.) is in cooperation with UTM Space to offer the professional certificate in applied hypnosis [No.Rujukan : USB.01/09.01/10.10/16/1JLD.2(123)]. Students will be awarded the professional certificate upon the completion of their studies. On 15 October 1992, the Ministry of Education Malaysia approved the establishment of the School for Continuing Education for UTM to promote lifelong learning programs. The School was officially launched in July 1993 and is known as the School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPACE).
Our center is also an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider (New Mind Sdn Bhd, 1300336D). We provide training as well as coaching programs that utilize various cutting-edge technologies to facilitate human resource development. Dr. Hiro Koo is also pursuing his second master's degree with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology. He envisions developing wellness not only at the individual level but also at the organizational level. Thus, we also provide workshop and training services for corporate and self-development. Our Certified Professional Hypnotist Training course is registered with HRD Corp and is claimable under the scheme (Program registration number: 10001176908).

✔ Fully met all occupational competency requirements under the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS)
✔ Completed standards jointly developed by AHPM (Malaysia Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association)
and JPK (Department of Skills Development, Malaysia)
This marks a significant breakthrough and milestone for the hypnotherapy profession in Malaysia.
*With continuous efforts from New Mind and AHPM, Hypnotherapy has now officially become a recognized national skills qualification under NOSS. Our lead instructor, Dr. Koo, is not only one of the initiators but also the standard development committee member involved in developing Malaysia’s vocational training standards for the field.
By completing our hypnotherapy program and meeting the qualification requirements in future, you may also apply for the NOSS Hypnotherapy national certification through the Recognition of Prior Experience assessment pathway.
Our curriculum is aligned with the majority of competencies in Malaysia NOSS Hypnotherapy (Q869-006-3:2024).
