Policy, Terms and Conditions for the Workshop or Course
Policy For Workshop or Course 1. All materials of the workshop and course are subject to copyright and you are not allowed to use it without written permission. 2. Conversion is only allowed if the package was found to be not suitable and is subject to New Mind Sdn. Bhd. management approval. 3. The validity of package is one year only, starting from the date of purchasing. 4. When payments or packages fee remains outstanding, no session/classes can be proceeded or booked until you have made the full settlement. New Mind Brain Health Centre (New Mind Sdn. Bhd) reserves the right to suspend all courses or workshops until the payment is made. 5. New Mind Sdn. Bhd. operates a non-refund policy and non-transferable on all workshop or course whether paid in full or part. 6. All the workshop or course is suitable for individual who is above 18 years old and above. 7. New Mind Brain Health Centre (New Mind Sdn. Bhd.) reserve the right to cancel, postpone and reschedule classes, courses or workshop. 8. You are enter into to an agreement to pay for full course professional fee when you registered for the course. 9. You can cannot complete the workshop or course after the expiry date, you are still remain liable for the course fee. 10. Installment plan (if needed) is subject to approval and certain administrative fee will be charged unless there is an promotional offer. 11. Change of course or workshops is subject to approval and administrative fee RM200 will be imposed. 12. New Mind Brain Health Centre (New Mind Sdn. Bhd.) reserve the right to reject, suspend or terminate the student from the course if the student is not suitable (Due to ethical or medical reasons) or qualified for the course. In such an event, course fee will be refunded within a month after less the RM200 administrative fee.
Service Termination All therapists from New Mind Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to decline or terminate the service in the regarding conditions: the continuation of the therapy is not beneficial for the client’s condition or the client’s best interest cannot be adequately met; the client is showing exploiting and violating behaviors in seeking resolution for his/her condition.
