It is especially beneficial for those navigating trauma, attention or arousal dysregulation, emotional challenges, or difficulties in adapting to daily life. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, PSR emphasizes building resilience, regaining life skills, and enhancing personal autonomy through a holistic and neuroscience-informed pathway.

This session uses the Creative Brain Health Intervention (CBHI)—a neuroscience-informed method designed by New Mind to integrate biofeedback with emotional and functional recovery planning.
