本短期课程设计为创伤知情催眠疗法的初级模块。在本课程中，受训者将了解创伤知情催眠疗法中的重要因素。例如，将会向受训者传授有关创伤的定义、潜在的创伤因素、自主神经系统功能失调以及治疗方法等方面的知识，以使他们掌握创伤知情催眠疗法的基础知识。
此外，本短期课程的独特之处在于将创伤知情的New Mind Card融入其中。受训者将被教导如何使用独家的New Mind Card来协助创伤知情催眠疗法中的创伤探索和心理健康教育。受训者将被教导有关这些上述理论和原则的证据支持的知识。
This present short course is designed to be a preliminary module in trauma-informed hypnotherapy. In this course, the trainee would be educated about the important elements in trauma informed hypnotherapy. For instances, the definition of trauma, potential factors of trauma, autonomic nervous system dysfunction and healing modalities would be delivered to the trainee in this short course to equip them with the fundamental knowledge in trauma-informed hypnotherapy. Besides, the unique point of this short course is the integration of Trauma-informed New Mind Card. The trainee would be taught to facilitate the trauma-informed hypnotherapy’s trauma exploration and psychoeducation by using the exclusive New Mind Card. The trainee would be taught on these aforementioned theories and principles with evidence-based supports.
