如何对付来自大脑的【冲动】?

欲妥善地应对各种来自脑部的冲动或是生气这一类情绪反应,难度根本没有想象中那样高。以4个英文字母出发,串成RAIN,教的即是——RECOGNIZE、ACCEPT、INVESTIGATE、NON-IDENTIFICATION。

RECOGNIZE:认知到冲动(或生气)的产生

ACCEPT:接收产生了冲动(或生气)的这项事实

INVESTIGATE:检查自己当下的身体有何反应

NON-IDENTIFICATION:不把冲动(或生气)欲自己画上等号,保持距离

坦然接受自己的冲动和生气的情绪,再将注意力放到身体的变化上,改变心境的成功率就会高出许多。在日常里头,想吃甜食、想抽烟的欲望涌现时,不妨试着这个RAIN的4种步骤,也能更有效地转移注意力呢。
