​聆听时刻,用【心】不用【脑】,方是最佳模式。今次,教导大家的是“积极聆听”(active listening)这一种多层面的沟通法。从聆听当中,可以达到改变自己的效益。

当人们开始用心(右脑)去聆听,而非用脑(左脑)去聆听之时,可真正听进对方所说的话语。此外,也可更全面地体会到对方的感受,同理心自此开展,亦会更受到影响。带着这样的心境去聆听他人的故事,会改变自身理解故事的方式,也会更接收对方带出的观点(虽不一定同样,但接受度更大)。

积极聆听的守则如下:
-不插话,多保持安静

-问问题,鼓励对方继续说

-不用给予意见,不用指示对方如何做

-把你所理解的部分说给对方听,对方会感觉你真正听进去了;若有误解,也可以直接解释清楚

-利用肢体语言来表达你的聆听,眼神接触、点点头、身体稍微向前倾等都是最佳例子

希望大家可在聆听时刻维系积极聆听的守则,如此一来,较容易培养出自身的同理心,而同理心也间接与身心健康相联系着;毕竟身心健康与姣好的人际关系是有着千丝万缕的关系的。
