醒来先做一个动作,即刻提升自信!

一觉醒来,很多事情都要忙起来,而哈佛大学心理学家艾米‧卡蒂(Amy Cuddy)建议,睡醒觉不妨先做一个动作,一天的感觉会大不同;经年累月,会整体提升人的信心、改善人的情绪。

担任哈佛商学院教授的卡蒂著有《存在:让最有力的你迎接挑战》(Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges)一书,该书探讨了我们的肢体动作对思想情感具有微妙而有力的影响。

卡蒂的TED主题演讲也解释了为何像“神力女超人”一样站立会增强人的信心,是所有演讲中观看人次第二多的。 她提出,一个简单的姿势就可以使我们更有信心,那就是清晨大大地伸个懒腰。

卡蒂进一步解释说,一醒来就双臂张开做个大V的姿势,会让你感觉身躯更庞大。“这显然是双向效应。(当人感觉很好时,人会情不自禁做出这种姿势。)而醒过来就伸展双臂的人,也会变得超开心。”

同理,如果醒来时像一只蜷曲的猫咪,对人的状态也有不良影响。卡蒂说:“有一些证据表明,如果以胎儿的姿势睡觉,醒来时心理压力会大得多。”

据统计,五分之二的人以蜷曲的姿势睡觉,长年累月,会感到信心不足。而要避免这种情绪,方法简单得不能再简单。

心理外的角度来看!

从健康角度看,伸懒腰时能够轻松进行腹式与胸式呼吸。透过这两种呼吸刺激内脏的活动,促进身体的基础代谢。

舒展、抻拉的动作还有诸多好处,包括促进血液循环、使全身温暖,打开经络、疏通气血,驱散长时间固定姿势、肌肉紧绷带来的疼痛不适,也能降低焦躁、压力,改善怠惰疲乏。

虽然一开始有意做伸展,可能会有点勉强,但过不了很长时间,你就会非常自然地大大伸开双臂,享受每个明媚的清晨了!
