记忆力好的大脑吃什么?

​葡萄糖是大脑最主要的能量来源,也是记忆力的一大基础。许多科学性的实验已经证实了这一理论,而与葡萄糖相关的测量法就是血糖值之高低。正常人一般的血糖值时介于70-110mg/dL之间,进行记忆力测试时,脑部会大量利用葡萄糖,因此会造成血糖值的下降。

或许大家对平日里的血糖值并不敏感,那就让我们转换在现实中常见的状况来作例子吧:

有些人经常不吃早餐,觉得自己的血糖值也没有多大的变化,因此认定不吃早餐并不影响生活。体内的真实情况是没进食时,就无法从食物中吸收所需的葡萄糖,肝脏里的肝糖原会被分解为葡萄糖,为人体所用。如果在这时段中,大量或长时间用脑,这些肝糖原得来的葡萄糖就会不足,脑部缺乏葡萄糖供应的能量,即刻会产生一些状况如头昏眼花、集中力和记忆力不在线等等。对于学生而言,不吃早餐就进入考场,效率、专注力和记忆力肯定会较差。

除了需要葡萄糖之外,整体的血糖平衡也是很关键的。血糖不稳定不单止不能够促进记忆,还可直接影响记忆的效果。这是因为血糖升得越高,下降至速度就会越快,这一类反应对大脑得代谢来说是一种负担。因此,不仅得定时进食维系葡萄糖的供应外,也得选择低升糖指数的食物,让大脑记忆力更佳。

常用食物中,低升糖指数的食物有这些:
大豆、扁豆、苹果、脱脂牛奶、胡萝卜等。

常用食物中,中升糖指数的食物有这些:
香蕉、蜂蜜、去皮马铃薯、全麦面包等。
