忙碌的现代人,自问一句:你是脑过劳一族吗?

现时代的生活步伐快的不行,在每日的各色事务中打转的你,是否曾经问过自己这么一句:你是脑过劳一族吗?

或许你没有一个准确的答案,但不妨自我检视一下,看看自己有没有用脑过度:
-您如果是上班族,上班时间一星期有没有超过42小时
-如果您是学生,上课一星期有超过30小时吗?

长时间用脑,您就是脑过劳一族!

用脑过度可能会造成“脑损伤”,专注力和记忆力恐怕就会下降10%,而且许多调查结果皆发现,近年来脑过劳的病患有年轻化的趋势,30岁的上班族,至少增加一成。

脑部受到伤害,或许并没有最显著的症状来判断,但是平日里开始会忘东忘西,注意力无法集中,这都是脑过劳的“症头”。

此外,虽然还在研究阶段,但“失智”恐怕跟“脑过劳”也有关系,在日常中保持睡眠充足、适量运动、纾解压力很重要, 不然就要多吃补脑食物,像是维生素ACE,像是菠菜、坚果类,还有鸡肉这样的蛋白质。

虽然脑子看不见,可别忽略了,万一受伤老化,可就来不及了。
