嗜糖如命者,小心咯!

摄取过多的糖分,对健康的危害只会有增无减,不单止让体重上升,也会对脑健康造成一定程度的威胁。大家都知晓作出减少糖分这一项饮食范畴上的改变,可是糖分的确是很难戒掉的一种饮食喜好,也称得上是一种瘾头,让人欲罢不能。

逐步戒掉“吃糖”的恶习,方才是最理想的餐饮模式:

-先戒除最明显的糖分来源:汽水、含糖饮料。

-接下来得开始忍住想吃甜食的冲动,也得少吃烘培食品和相关的零食(可以学着把甜食留待特别时刻再“奖励”自己)。

-最后就算需少吃较为不明显的糖分来源,例子包括有包装食品、调味料、加工肉类、酱料等。此外,面包同样含有高糖分,建议改吃全麦面包。

-特别重要的一点是不要用代糖来取代糖分,代替对身体和大脑的伤害更大噢。

嗜糖如命者多不胜数,还请大家多关注此一状况,无论如何不得就此忽视之!
