为减少负面情绪,人们应当减少哪些食品的摄取呢?

情绪状态与饮食有着莫大的关系,想象大家已然了解到这个理论!

除了维生素C和B群对情绪有所助益外,欲排解压力、减少负面情绪,还应该注意尽量减少对咖啡因、盐、酒的摄入:

-咖啡、可乐等富含咖啡因的食物,会刺激肾上腺素使血压升高,刺激人的心脏并给人产生压力感。

-而对于盐分的摄取,我们经常会“超额”,因为人体每天只需要1克左右的盐分就能满足生理需要,但是由于人们经常吃一些含盐分比较多的食物,摄取过多的盐会导致血压升高、中风以及心脏病等严重疾病,即便不至于致病,摄取盐分过多也会给人形成较大的压力,很容易滋生负面情绪。

-此外,很多人认为“何以解忧,唯有杜康”,事实上,喝酒只能让人在短时间内放松,如果长期过量饮酒必然会导致食欲不振、紧张、头痛等,同时还会影响和破坏肝胆功能,并造成人体内B族维生素的流失,可以说,酒精本身就是不良情绪的源头之一。

我们的身体、精神状态与饮食有着密切的关系,健康的饮食方式有助于保持积极乐观的心态,让负面情绪“敬而远之”。
