​除了吃对的食物来健脑以外,人们还必须认清哪些食品对身体乃至于脑健康有害,然后在日常中谨慎地选择食用的餐点。毕竟吃得健康,才会活得更健康。

以下4类食品所含之成分对脑健康有害无益,长期或过量食用之,大脑会出现迟钝、笨拙、记忆力下降等状况:

1含铅食品
铅是脑细胞的一大终极杀手,可取代有益矿物质如铁、钙等在神经系列里头的活动地位。

2含铝食品
摄取过多的铝,脑细胞功能将受到不好的影响,如记忆力衰退、思考能力迟缓等。除了食品内可能含铝外,铝锅、铝壶也是需关注的范围。

3含过氧脂质的食品
过氧脂质可在肠胃内破坏食物所涵盖的维生素,亦会阻扰人体吸收蛋白质。另外,过氧脂质也会破坏体内某些代谢酶。

4含糖精、味精、过咸的食品
过咸的食品会损害动脉血管,亦对脑组织的血液供应有所影响。过多的味精也可能使得脑细胞坏死,同样的情况也发生于糖精摄入过量所延伸而成的后果中。
