教你通晓音乐心理学的奥秘

​音乐是生活中的一种调剂品,可不仅如此,音乐其实能够刺激人体自主神经系统,而此一神经系统主要功能就是调节人体心跳、呼吸速度、神经传导、血压和内分泌等。由此可见,音乐与身心健康有着非常密切的关系。

在心理上,音乐课引起大脑在情绪管理和感觉区域方面的自主反应,使得情绪很快产生变化。例子就是听了某些音乐后,你原本带点忧郁的心情,几分钟内就转换成了开朗的心境。

没错,平静和快乐的音乐类型可以帮助减轻焦虑、紧张和烦恼。高音或快节奏的音乐则会刺激人体肌肉活动,让你我感到紧张。当大家懂得了这番理论后,就可以在生活中以音乐来调节大脑与心理状态,例如在入睡前聆听适当得音乐,帮助自己达到好得睡眠品质。此外,在孩子看书时,也可以播放不含歌词的纯音乐,间接帮助右脑放松,左脑则可以专心在较理性的学习范畴上。
