脑部的疲劳感若长时间持续不变,可能会变成一种慢性疲劳,引起神经衰弱等大问题。以下为大脑疲劳的12大征兆,大家不妨参照一番,确认自身大脑是否处于疲劳的状况:

1.头昏眼花
2.四肢乏力或是嗜睡
3.注意力不集中
4.记忆力下降
5.反应较为迟钝
6.出现恶心、作呕的现象
7.出现较大的情绪波动
8.眼睛疲劳,总是失焦
9.难以入睡,多梦
10.说话颠三倒四,语句不通
11.理解能力下降
12.听力下降

越多征兆,表示脑疲劳的现象越显著。严重者可能会迎来多种身心疾病,须得尽快让大脑休息,调整其状态,否则后果可大可小噢。
