一丝的宁静,可让大脑变得更健康!

现代人日常生活步调快,来自四面八方各式各样的声音,不管噪音与否,常常时刻充满自己的耳朵,世界卫生组织就曾指出,噪音污染已经堪称是「现代瘟疫」,因此有越来越多人试着找寻片刻安静,也有研究指出透过四个「安静模式」,能够让自己达成真正的放松。

1.缓解压力

已经有研究指出噪音污染会造成高血压以及心血管疾病的发生,噪音会刺激大脑中的杏仁核,造成应激激素皮质醇的释放,进而引起高血压,危害整体身体健康,因此保持安静也可以让压力获得缓解。

2.减少精神负担

一天之中有多少时候,我们的耳朵是真真正正完全的安静呢,透过让自己安静下来,让自己的大脑减少负担,进而让精神得以更加的集中,面对生活挑战更能得心应手。

3.自我认知

当人们处于安静中时,可以开启大脑的默认模式,在这个模式中会刺激出「自我生成的认知」,如沉思、白日梦、幻想着未来等等。当大脑处于闲置状态,我们比较容易挖掘到自己的想法、情感,因此安静有助于我们深入思考和更佳的创造性。

4.脑细胞修复

「安静」可以使脑细胞再生,麻省理工学院曾发表文章指出,成年老鼠脑中的海马回(hippocampus)可能有神经元新生的现象。研究人员也发现,每天两小时的安静,明显让海马回的细胞再生,而最近的研究也显示,安静可能对治疗忧郁症和阿兹海默症有所帮助。
