身体上的不舒服,有可能是压力造成的?!

有时候,我们会突然觉得身体很不舒服,但却并非真正的生病,即便去看医生也没能改善这时而出现的不适感?!这些身体上的不舒服之具体的例子是心悸、头晕、全身冒冷汗、腹部绞痛等;造成这些反应的源头除了病理上的基本问题外,其实有极大的可能是身体对生活上的压力引发了压力反应。

紧张、焦虑就是生活压力造就的情绪反应,却能够强烈至迎来更多的生理反应,着实惊人!或许大家始终会将相关的不适感归类于病理问题,可其实许多状况都是有理可循的,例如:

-心悸是压力荷尔蒙让心跳加速的结果、头昏是压力引发高血压所造成。

-有些人压力过大就会说不出话来,或许就是因为压力荷尔蒙造成肌肉紧绷,气管不顺,说话时便好像喉咙被卡住一样,特别难受。

-另外,有些人会因压力而造成腹部不适的问题,比如压力荷尔蒙把消化系统关闭,便有可能引发胃食道逆流的状况。

欲消减压力反应对于身心的影响,人们应当做的事让饮食去平衡血糖,紧接着便是寻找出可以减缓生活压力的方法;每个人消除压力的方式都不同,但若是被压力严重影响到日常,还请勇于寻求外在的帮助,家人、亲友甚至是跨出safe zone寻得专业人士、心理医师等的协助才是最理想的选择。
