每个人都得学会的【专心吃饭法】!

饮食可以主宰身体和大脑的健康,然而除了食材的平衡外,进食时候的习惯也是至关重要的。专心吃饭的好处可不少,简单的守则可运用于任何人、任何餐饮时刻,让你我吃饭也连带着让自己变得更健康。

-速度放慢,细嚼慢咽、耐心品尝就是关键。

-在开始前可以先闭上眼睛,让心思安静下来。也可以考虑在此时对食物表达感谢之意。

-更注意自己吃的动作和感受,如饥饿感有几分、进食的心情、食物的视觉和嗅觉、食物的口感等。

-留心自己第一次感到饱足感的时刻(这是吃得够过了的讯号),然后开始放慢速度或是不再进食。

好些人总是忽略饱的感觉,其实建议大家尽可能试着停下来,就算饭菜还没吃饭也不要过于执着噢。
