什么营养素可以促发快乐的因子呢?

蛋白质经过消化分解会变成小分子的氨基酸,像是色胺酸、苯丙胺酸、麸胺酸,这些正是形成影响情绪的神经传递物质与荷尔蒙的原料。

血清素是让人放松快乐的神经传递物质,是由色胺酸经过与叶酸、铁、烟碱酸、氧等营养素代谢成5-羟基色胺酸,再与维生素B6代谢成血清素。能摄取到色胺酸的食物来源有瘦肉、深海鱼、蛋、南瓜子、黄豆。

多巴胺、正肾上腺素则可以让人有精神、兴奋、增加专注与警觉性。是由苯丙胺酸经过与叶酸、铁、烟碱酸代谢成酪胺酸。接着酪胺酸可转换成多巴胺、肾上腺素、正肾上腺素、T3、T4等等。酪胺酸再与叶酸、铁、烟碱酸维生素B6代谢就会转变成多巴胺,多巴胺与维生素C、铜、氧作用形成正肾上腺素。苯丙胺酸的食物来源有奶类、小鱼、贝类、黄豆。或是选择酪胺酸含量多的食物如起司、鱼、贝类、香蕉、巧克力等等。

GABA(γ-胺基丁酸)由麸胺酸经由与维生素B6、矿物质锌作用形成,是人体主要有抑制与缓和神经作用的神经传递物质,能让身体放松平静,有助于睡眠。富含麸胺酸的食物有肉、豆、蛋、奶、葵花子、杏仁、腰果、花生、芝麻等等。
