四肢发达,头脑就会简单?!

​每当大家听到或看到“四肢发达,头脑简单”一说时,心中浮现的都是偏向贬义的念想。这样的迷思贯穿着大部分人对运动员的看法,却不知这根本就是错误的认知!

运动对大脑绝对有着无穷好处,曾有不少实验与之相关,都证实了这个理念时正确的。从科学的知识层面来看,如果大脑缺乏神经生长因子,脑部就会自行断绝与外界的连接,而运动能使大脑中的神经生长因子增多。此外,运动还可诱发神经元的再生,大脑的可塑性就此加强,可帮助提升学习和工作效率。

另外,大家不知晓的是运动还对情绪有所帮助,这是因为运动时所产生的神经传导物质可以帮助控制大脑情绪。其中一项传导物质就是多巴胺,是正面的神经传导物质,绝对可让情绪变好,开拓出更健康的身心之途。
