黑巧克力,对大脑健康有所助益?!

之前有许多研究发现黑巧克力对人的身体健康特别有好处,其实这是否是个正确的营养学理念呢?日本内阁府及大型食品公司明治公司共同研究亦显示,如果人持续摄取含有高成分可可的巧克力(即黑巧克力,Dark chocolate),可能有助于大脑的年轻化。

据中央社报导,日本内阁府的革新研究开发计划ImPACT山川计划小组及明治公司,18日在东京向公众发布其研究成果,指出摄取高含量可可(可可成分逾70%的巧克力)有助于脑的健康。

研究显示,持续摄取可可含量高的巧克力的话,大脑皮质的量会增加,这有助于提高学习功能。

这项针对30名(男女各半数)年龄介于45至68岁的男女为研究对象,让这些人每天摄取高含量可可的巧克力约25公克,持续摄取4周。

摄取前后的脑部健康程度以核磁共振造影(MRI)计测,对“大脑皮质的量”、“神经纤维的质”这两项做评估。结果发现,其中有6成试验者的大脑皮质量增加,大脑年轻化的程度约1、2岁。

而之前意大利专家在权威的科学杂志《自然》上发表过一篇论文,比较黑巧克力和牛奶巧克力的区别。实验发现吃了黑巧克力的志愿者血液中抗氧化剂活性增强,而吃牛奶巧克力或吃了黑巧克力又喝了牛奶的人血液中抗氧化剂活性在原来的水平上下浮动。

据有关资料介绍,黑巧克力(Dark chocolate),硬度较大,微苦,一般指可可固形物含量介于70%到99%之间,或乳质含量少于12%的巧克力。黑巧克力的可可含量越高,就意味着含糖量越低。所以高可可含量的黑巧克力,最大特点就是不甜。

如果你购买巧克力,可以留意一下食品标签上注明的**% minimum cocoa,就是指的可可含量**%,可可含量是评价巧克力好坏的一个标准。
