​睡眠对大脑与身体其他部位的健康有着极其重要的影响,可大家是否知道所谓的良好睡眠守则有哪些呢?谨守以下的8大睡眠守则,便可轻轻松松让大脑可以排毒,维系身心灵的状态。

·起床和入眠的时间要固定——让大脑记住生理时钟的节奏

·避免摄取太多咖啡因等刺激性物质——交感神经一旦陷入亢奋的状态,就会很难睡的着

·不要将烦忧积累,尝试将它们一一写出来再准备入睡——烦恼会让脑袋无法真正的得到休息

·早上起来后要晒太阳——较容易形成睡与醒的节奏

·做适量的运动——适当的疲劳状态可帮助睡眠

·避免在临睡前进食——消化活动会妨碍睡眠

·不要再床上看电视或玩手机——大脑会误以为这不是睡觉的地方

·将睡房布置成较可放松的环境——让副交感神经占上风,促进睡眠
