久坐不动,健康不再!

​久坐不动,其实是一项人人都会犯的坏习惯。或许大家并未察觉到久坐的坏处,但从一些实例中我们得到最实在的认证,如长期卧床的病人,肌肉会大量流失,情况与太空人相似,他们的身体会在不自觉中提早老化,而牵引着问题之关键要素的就是缺乏对抗地心引力的活动。

人们应当经常与地心引力互动,最简单的做法就是从坐姿站起来。这即是最佳的方式,别无其他秘诀,仅仅是站起来而已。大家在工作时分总是久坐不动,以下的贴士或许可以帮助到你噢:

-如果工作必须久坐,试着改坐没有扶手的直背椅或是没有椅背的凳子。

-一小时内站起来数次(每隔十五、二十分钟一次),可以设定计时器来提醒自己。

-坐下来之趋可以慢慢地做几次深蹲的动作。

-调整以下办公空间的布置,例如把电话和一些文件放远一些,逼迫自己站起来拿。
