培养用餐好习惯,大脑更健康~

日常三餐是维系生命的生活程序,但大家所忽略的是健康的用餐习惯,其实可带来更极致的效益,尤其对大脑更是好处++呢。简单的生活小结就是——好的用餐习惯让大脑循环通畅无阻、加强大脑皮质的活化,长久下来脑老化和老年痴呆可以被预防。

用餐好习惯1
餐前喝汤,温热的汤水可以带来暖胃的效果,又能间接缓解饥饿感。由于先喝汤的步骤已经增加了饱腹感,主食自然就不会吃过量。为何不可主食吃过量呢?饱食会诱发脑部一种名为纤维芽细胞生长因子的物质,这种因子已被证实是促使脑动脉硬化的元凶之一。而脑动脉硬化会引发什么危害呢?记忆力下降、脑组织萎缩、老年痴呆症等都是其后续而来的严重后果。

用餐好习惯2
多咀嚼,这一动作看似没什么特别,但却可预防老年痴呆,因此建议大家进食时尽可能地多咀嚼。咀嚼这一动作可传递讯号给海马细胞,从而降低血液中的压力激素之水平。相反的情况就是咀嚼得少,体内得压力水平上升,可引发短期记忆衰退,更严重者则是导致痴呆。

用餐好习惯3
用餐时刻不看电视,这是好些人难以戒掉得生活习惯。边吃饭边看电视会让人忘记自己再吃些什么,进而吃得更多(吃过量的坏处请参照【用餐好习惯1】)。此外,还会发生咀嚼不细、呛饭、咬舌等问题,引发的其他问题时消化与吸收功能受阻。更详细的要素就是看电视时,双眼、耳朵都会不停地往大脑传递讯息,脑部也会不停地分析、判断之,更多的血液将会为脑部“服务”;流经肠胃的血液自是会减少,消化系统又怎能完善操作呢?

3大用餐好习惯,难度真心没有想象中大,可要实在地改变原有的用餐坏习惯,就得打从心底认真看待之,同时不忘提醒身边一同用餐的亲友,方能齐齐改掉对大脑和肠胃都有坏影响的恶习噢。
