欲消除疲劳,你该这样做!

​​疲劳是一种呼作“疲劳感“的脑部现象,会呈现于身心上,如不耐烦、提不起劲、无法专注、白天也感觉很爱睡等。尽管很多时候人们会将之归作身体上的疲劳,但不可仅关注肌肉等物理性的消耗,而是真正的把它与脑部现象连接,其主要治疗的舞台亦还是大脑。

能够让大脑自疲劳感中得到修复的五大习惯如下:

·保有某种切换“开关”的仪式——听特定的音乐、沐浴等。大脑无法同时做两件事之时,就会有着明确的区隔,让工作和休息模式分别开来

·接触大自然——接触超越人类格局的非人工事物,促使自己从日常的烦忧中解放出来

·接触美的事物——美的感觉可让大脑的奖励系统和背外侧前额叶皮质等起作用

·培养能够让自己忘情投入的嗜好——当你专注于喜好的事物时,大脑的奖励系统就会受到刺激

·定时回去故乡看一看——一般上成长的地方会让人感觉平静,可有效消除焦虑的感觉

此外,别忘了日常步骤中的睡眠、运动以及饮食三大范畴也得兼顾。消除疲劳,从小事做起,必有良效!
