维生素C和B群对战胜负面情绪大有帮助?!

现代人生活节奏快、压力大,很多人在日常生活与工作中,很容易产生一些焦躁、烦恼、愤怒乃至抑郁等负面情绪,尤其是本就患有一些基础疾病的患者。适当的运动及心理调节能减轻负面情绪的压力,同时,如果选对了日常摄取的食物,也有助于我们战胜负面情绪,还一个轻松自信的自己。

现代科学证明,人心理的压力程度与所吃的食物之间有着密切的联系。今次,我们谈到的时维生素C和B群对情绪的正面助益有哪些:

当我们处于压力之下时,体内的维生素C将会被大量消耗,同时,如果缺乏B族维生素可能导致脾气暴躁,甚至不受自己控制。例如,假如人体缺乏维生素B1,就可能会变得脾气暴躁、喜怒无常;维生素B12缺乏可能会导致脑子木,甚至有点反应迟钝。

如此一来,人们就需要补充较多的维生素C以及B族维生素以满足身体所需。当感觉到有严重的压力时,可以适当多吃一些富含维生素C以及B族维生素的水果和蔬菜,譬如柑橘类水果、草莓、卷心菜、菜花、豆芽、花椰菜、西红柿、新鲜土豆、萝卜等,皆是补充维生素C的较好选择;燕麦、小米、苦荞、全麦面包等粗粮类食物,则是补充B族维生素的首选食物。
