咖啡因,ok or not?!

​适量摄取来自于咖啡豆和茶叶的天然咖啡因,对健康是有帮助的。准确来说,咖啡因会增进心血管和中枢神经系统的运作,增加大脑和身体行动时的能量。可必须时刻强调的是——适量二字是最大的关键。

摄取过量可能会引发其他问题,如容易焦虑、紧张兮兮等心理状况,也可能带来头疼、恶心等生理状况。此外,大家还需尽量避免摄取过量加工后的含咖啡因饮料,加工毕竟就是参杂了一些其他物质的过程,可在其他层面对健康造成威胁。

另外,在下午两点后,再不建议摄取咖啡因。因为我们的身体其实需要一些时间去代谢它,否则晚上就可能会引发难以入眠等不必要的状况了。倘若针对需要一些饮品来提神,专家的建议是茶饮,因为其咖啡因含量较低,对夜间的睡眠状况不具影响力。

脑部的疲劳感若长时间持续不变,可能会变成一种慢性疲劳,引起神经衰弱等大问题。以下为大脑疲劳的12大征兆,大家不妨参照一番,确认自身大脑是否处于疲劳的状况:

1.头昏眼花
2.四肢乏力或是嗜睡
3.注意力不集中
4.记忆力下降
5.反应较为迟钝
6.出现恶心、作呕的现象
7.出现较大的情绪波动
8.眼睛疲劳,总是失焦
9.难以入睡,多梦
10.说话颠三倒四,语句不通
11.理解能力下降
12.听力下降

越多征兆,表示脑疲劳的现象越显著。严重者可能会迎来多种身心疾病,须得尽快让大脑休息,调整其状态,否则后果可大可小噢。

阳光竟能影响我们的情绪?

​That's correct!不晒太阳,忧郁问题即刻来……日晒不足,与忧郁症有着莫大的关系,着是基于我们体内天然的抗忧郁神经传导素血清素的制造量,是跟着日照走的。

基本上,如果我们日照不足,血清素的制造就会跟着不足,引起忧郁的情绪就是其后果。这也是为何在灰蒙蒙的天气中或是国外较少日照的季节里头,人们的心情会趋向郁闷、忧伤那一范畴。在国外,甚至还有些人会在冬天里得到季节性情绪失调的问题。

多数人会担心晒太阳促使皮肤癌的诞生,但其实适量的阳光是必须的。大家可参照专家的说法:日光照射不超过三十分钟的话,不涂抹防晒产品亦无妨。当然,请不要在中午时段在猛烈的太阳底下曝晒,建议在早上十点左右沐浴在阳光底下15-20分钟即可。

​安神助眠OR盗梦扰眠?在晚间的餐饮时刻需多注意,摄取的食物或饮料也应慎选。
​
助眠代表:

1.香蕉
食用后能促使人体分泌血清素和褪黑激素,不但能够使人感觉快乐和放松,还能促进睡眠。

2.芹菜
含有丰富的营养素,如维生素C、多种氨基酸、钙和磷等,其中的钙就可抑制神经兴奋,帮助入眠。

3.牛奶
喝牛奶时可以配合吃一些谷物,让牛奶中的色氨酸更好地进入大脑。色氨酸可以合成5-羟色胺,帮助促进睡眠。


扰眠代表:

1.辛辣食物
进食后可能会有“烧心”的不适感,因为辛辣食物对胃黏膜造成刺激的表现,如此一来便可能影响睡眠。

2.人参
需注意在饮用中药类茶水切勿加入人参,因为它可能引起血压升高的状况,亦可导致失眠。

3.酒精
酒精让人感觉头脑昏昏沉沉,仿佛较容易入睡,其实不然。酒精过量会妨碍身体进入深层睡眠的阶段,睡醒后身体会衍生其他不适感如头昏、反应慢等。

嗜糖如命者,小心咯!

摄取过多的糖分,对健康的危害只会有增无减,不单止让体重上升,也会对脑健康造成一定程度的威胁。大家都知晓作出减少糖分这一项饮食范畴上的改变,可是糖分的确是很难戒掉的一种饮食喜好,也称得上是一种瘾头,让人欲罢不能。

逐步戒掉“吃糖”的恶习,方才是最理想的餐饮模式:

-先戒除最明显的糖分来源:汽水、含糖饮料。

-接下来得开始忍住想吃甜食的冲动,也得少吃烘培食品和相关的零食(可以学着把甜食留待特别时刻再“奖励”自己)。

-最后就算需少吃较为不明显的糖分来源,例子包括有包装食品、调味料、加工肉类、酱料等。此外,面包同样含有高糖分,建议改吃全麦面包。

-特别重要的一点是不要用代糖来取代糖分,代替对身体和大脑的伤害更大噢。

嗜糖如命者多不胜数,还请大家多关注此一状况,无论如何不得就此忽视之!
